Xbox 360 tilt controller

Do your friends own a PS3 or a Wii and make fun of your 360 because there are no tilt functions in your controller? Most likely not, but if they did, you can now point and laugh in their face.

A few months ago Adamthole of adamthole.com began a project where he wanted to integrate an accelerometer with a 360 controller. Allowing the controller to use a 2-axis tilt function. Believe it or not, his project is done in only a few months with great results. First attempting to integrate the accelerometer into a wired controller, after successfully doing so, he then moved on to wireless controllers. The only problem with his design what that the tiltboard had to be stuck onto the exterior of the controller. On the up-side, he mentions on his page that there is a switch to shift the control from tilt to left analog.

But a fan of his work had bought his little creation and found a way to put all the hardware into the controller.
